Hello everyone! I'm so happy to see all of your weightloss updates this weekend, you guys are amazing!!

I've had quite the busy weekend, so I haven't been updating on my calories/weight loss until right now! However - I DID IT! Down to 148 this morning, despite the Friday night cooking session! I'M SO HAPPY. I updated my S/C/G... I'm hoping it'll stick so I don't feel dumb tomorrow

Only 8 pounds to go until my mini-goal! I will do personals tomorrow, good luck everyone!!

Vixsin Congrats on the 1.6 pounds! I hope you and the little man have a fantastic time at Six Flags.

Amy Great job on the bike and walking.

Shishkeberry Mini golf sounds fun! I hope you had a great time. Congrats on the mini goal!

Redgrl Great job on the NSV's (non scale victories) of being able to get up easier. That is awesome! All of those add up to make for an easier life.

Good times had by all today!!! I am flat out exhausted. LOL I didn't ride many rides. It was more for the kids today but Maxwell had a wonderful time! He went on a few rides that scared him. One he tolerated and was glad when it was over, the second he got off the ride and burst into tears. BUT with all of that, there was 1 coaster that he LOOOOVED and could ride over and over. So I focused on the good and acknowledged and validated him on the bad (crying and being scared/embarrased, etc.) and gushed with how proud I was of him for being nervous/scared about a ride and still trying it anyway. I told him that it was just fine if he didn't like the ride and he doesn't have to go on it again if he doesn't want to. The point was that he was brave enough to try. I just love him! Today was a victory for him in so many ways. He's sleeping at my parents house tonight so I can be a busy bee on my day off tomorrow and when we got there, he was really talking up the day. I told my friend Bill that we made a memory today for Maxwell. I was glad they were a part of it.

I had no issues with the food at all. My issue for today is that there is no way I got enough calories. My breakfast was less than 300. My lunch ended up being 1 chicken tender..I'd give it 2 oz..breaded. I also had about 10 french fries. I had atleast 40 oz of sprite today. I had Maxwell's 5 leftover wings when I got home and I'm chugging some crystal light like a fiend. LOL

I am expecting a gain in the morning due to junk and soda and I can feel my legs getting sore already.

Off to bed. Hope you guys had a great weekend!

I weighed in at 168 this morning. I knew it would happen, as my sodium at the end of the night was super high (in the 3500 range, I believe). As much as I stayed within calories and ended the day with around 100 carbs, we had mexican for lunch and pizza for dinner, which killed me on sodium. So the plan is to drink and drink and drink the water weight away. This weekend has been a challenge time-wise because a close friend is getting married next weekend and we are all helping her finish up the last minute odds and ends, so I feel like we never stopped moving yesterday. This week we -will- be doing most of our cooking at home, or taking "sack food" with us places. It's so much easier to control, and so much cheaper!

I met my goal of going to the gym 4 times this past week!

Hi gang!!!!

I'm down .8 today to 187.2. Hello new low!

The appt at the fat doctor was good. Anti-climactic because he stored all of the old charts, so I wasn't able to find out what my weight was the last time I saw him. No worries though, I told him my want to get into the health and wellness field and he gave me some directions to go in and some ideas on information to look up. I've got another appointment with him in 3 months to touch base again and check in. that will be right around the time that i start school. I hope to have a plan in place to be able to share it with him. Overall, it was a great visit. I didn't feel the way I wanted to but then I realized that the wants I was having were more of the "old me" kind of wants so then I understood why I didnt feel all "center of attention, look how much weight you've lost" thing. I took away from this visit that he knows I get it. Now I want to create the bridge from doing it for me to teaching others how to do it for themselves. Showing them how and giving them the tools they need to achieve it.

Hi guys! I missed posting yesterday, but I didn't have much to report, a measly 0.2# down on the scale and it was my day off from exercise (besides cleaning out the garage).
Today I am down a little more, another 0.6 to 184.2. Still 1.2# above my previous low. I almost wish I hadn't seen that 183 that day, then I wouldn't be so obsessed over it!
I have done a lot of soul searching these past few days and I have decided I am just going to keep pushing on, doing what I am doing. I don't think I will stall out here, I think I am just at that phase where the losses are slowing and I am not about to kill myself or starve myself to go any faster. So I keep exercising, keep eating right, making one good decision after another and it will eventually let go, I hope. And I am actually enjoying myself, I am eating foods I like and I am doing different forms of exercise that I like too, so I can keep up with this. Thanks Diana and Berry for your words of wisdom and encouragement, I appreciate it and needed it!
That said, I had better see 183 SOON!!!

I was doing very well there for a while, and somehow ended up eating a can of salt & vinegar pringles (why in the world do they sell these in japan anyway and why did DW buy them), and now I'm up 2 pounds. I look forward to doing my C25K this morning and trying to lose some of this salt.
