Working on week 2 of the rotation. So far this week I've done:
Sun - Walked 3 miles
Mon - Hi Def Sculpt, Walked 3 miles and Turbo Jam
Tues - Cardio Party
Wed - Hard Core Fusion Express
Thur - Rest
Fri - Cardio Overdrive Express and Walked 3 miles
Sat - Ultimate Fat Burning Workout
