Default Hello to all!

I'm fairly new on this forum (joined this past Monday, when I started SBD). I just wanted to say that everyone seems so friendly on this site and it's very helpful in staying on plan when you know others are doing the same thing.

I've been losing weight since the beginning of May, but not in a healthy way. SBD seems to me to be exactly the way I want to be eating.

Last time I spent about an hour in the "success stories" section and say the most amazing pictures. That's gonna be me in 6-8 months!

Have a great day, and don't let anyone get you down!
Clelia

Clelia! As far as I'm concerned, this way of eating is THE way to go. You follow such a normal healthy eating plan that you have to remind yourself that you are actually on a diet. This is a lifestyle that you can follow the rest of your life. Best wishes, and I look forward to getting to know you.

OK - for the record I just typed a HUGE long message. I finally had time to do personals, and they are all VANISHED.

So - I am honestly not going to do it again. It was the thought that counts, right?? Sheesh.

I know I said welcome to Clelia, felt envious of Ruth and Heidi's various plantings, felt sorry for Cottage with so work all of a sudden, congratulated at least three of you for good stuff including Matilda for remembering to take care of YOU once in a while, and had empathy for the sadness of the potential loss of a family member (pet or otherwise). IN the craziness of the last few days, the rest of the thoughts have fled.

OK - so maybe my other post will resurface sometime. Maybe not - but in any case . . .
Be well.
