If you're eating because you're bored, my recommendation is to pick up a new hobby. One day I sat down and I was bored, and I said to myself, "I need a new hobby" And I went to Michael's and bought a wood burner. Now it's what I love to do in my free time... and since I'm working with a hot metal object and wood, my hands are obviously occupied and my mind isn't on food. Give it a try - find something like painting or pyrography, that'll keep your hands AND your mind busy.... because goodness knows, I can eat many cheetos while I'm reading a book.
