WELL - My goal was to lose 4.8 lbs to put me at my goal. I did lose 3 lbs by mid-month but due to a number of reasons I am now UP for the month. How much I don't know since I am away from my scale but it is baaad. I have to downgrade my 20-pound chick avatar once I find out my actual weight
I dropped 2.8lbs, but I didn't put in much work to drop the 10lbs I aimed for. I more focused on not missing any workouts and this month I only missed 3 of 31 so that is awesome!!!!
