NutriSystem food is awful. people probably lose weight on it because they can't bear to eat it. Expensive, too.

I would have to say that most people are not creative in food choices when on a diet which would make the south beach diet a lot more difficult. Also you have to discipline yourself for portions unlike the boxed food that gives you no choices. I will admit as much as I love the SBD I spend an awful lot of time preparing in the evening since both my husband and I work. I really think that a diets success really depends on the individual person. For instance I could never lose weight eating only subway but one guy did. Kudos to anyone who does what works for them =)

Jenny Craig: super high sodium, all processed foods
Slim Fast: sugar plus artificial cream flavor and artificial added vitamins

These are the two top choices. Should give a sense about how they evaluated things: i.e. not healthy, lifestyle based options.

Us to, but seems to work for us is just eating the same things in rotation.. you get faster at them. We also have the same thing for breakfast almost every day... and lunch is usually left overs from dinner the night before.
