I'm not saying anything new to anyone on this board when I say that weight loss (which is what the OP asked) is all about having less energy going in than you use. Of course eating ready meals, if used as part of any weight loss plan will help you lose weight.
Somewhere in this thread it has turned into a nutritional evaluation of the meals. These meals are fine as long as you check the content and adjust your intake. I'm no expert and am only just discovering what I need for a healthy diet but the same goes for the "experts". Science is discovering new things all the time about what we should and shouldn't eat every day. My mom lost weight over 20 years ago following a diet of soup and cottage cheese... Not very good for her and she gained it all back. Now we know why but at the time, they didn't.
To target specific areas, we need to exercise and concentrate on that it.
Doesnt it sound easy when you write it down?!

I'll shush now and go back to my unhealthy wine that is within my calorie limit so I should still lose weight!
