Hi Rose and all, thank you for the welcome. We have two cockers, an english setter, a lab and a poodle. All but one a rescue. I see you have an english bulldog, love those dogs too and donkeys!! I had always hoped for a farm but will have to settle for the 8 chickens we have in the backyard )

Hey all -

Those of you with wicked weather - STAY SAFE! No storm chasing . .
Any who are not feeling well - prayers to you and yours!

For some reason, I am eating everything in sight today. Sitting here typing with my eyes shut is tough . . .

Be well!

Voting ends on April 30th. Unfortunately it looks like a lost cause right now b/c one of the entrants did a "giveaway" on her Facebook page and, in order to be entered in HER giveaway, you had to "like" her picture in the contest. So yeah, she has like 106 "likes" right now. But thank you guys for your help. I am NOT giving up, darnit!!!

nanjmc, OMG two cockers, how lucky you are. The love of my lifetime was a little buff cocker that I had for 14 years. She and I were always together and I miss her so even though it has been 6 years since I made the decision to put her down. Now, we have a French Bulldog that we rescued last summer. He is a brindle and quite the character and very different from my cocker which I supose is a good thing. Good for you for rescuing so many. We have lived here for almost 40 years and when our girls were young, had lots of animals but that is all in the past now except for our dog and the two donkeys which is just fine with me.
