What is your total carb intake in maint?
I know it varies for everyone, but Im curious as to the range of low carbers in general...so what is your total (or net if that is what you track) daily carb intake?
I have been at a total carb intake of about 50g/day and will be slowly upping it to see what I can tolerate. Guessing it will max out ~120g, but wondering if anyone else has to use a much lower to maintain?
Expecting my cals to be ~1800/day and I workout 3-5 times a week.
