i too love to look my best, some days its just unrealistic but i try my best. Since i am a spray tan technician my treat of choice is a spray tan. Even on days when i havent got my face on or glammed up. MY tan makes me still feel good.
Even before i was a technician , Fake tan has always been my pamper treat of choice its just an all round confidence booster

Ooh, fake tan is a great idea! How long does a spray tan last? I've used the lotion self-tanner, but went past a spray place the other day and was slightly intrigued...

if you look after your skin and moisturise and stay hydrated you can ecpect to get 7-10 days out of your tan.

If not then 5-7 but if your going to go for one , prepare ya skin the week before by moisturising on the days leading up (not on the day of your tan) and it will last well

I owuld never go down the fake tan route myself (I would end up day glo Essex orange and so would my room!).

What I do is apply a face mask or try out another make up look. I am also addicted to body butters so usually treat my poor old feet to a slathering before I do my nails.

Well I always felt like a super man after my gym exercises.

You could book a makeover at you favourite beauty counter or treat yourself to an expensive new product. My local Debenhams has new beauty counter called Illamasqua that has some of the most gorgeous lipsticks, they cost about £15 but the colours are incredible. For a full makeover I'd go to Benefit or MAC. Or how about spa treatment, a facial or a massage. I also like to get my eyebrows done professionally, I have never plucked them myself, cos my mum told me not to, I used to get them threaded but was recommended to waxing after particularly bad thread job and have never looked back.

Let us know what you end up going for!
I LOVE THESE. I would often treat myself as a pick me up after visiting my dad in hospital, now he is home so I need to find a new reason and somewhere else to go.
