Question Very inspirational - my starting weight and goal are the same...

Hi Addy -
I'm on Day 11 of IP - down about 9 lbs & 6.5". Feeling good so far - loving how easy it's feeling compared to other things I've tried, actually.

I was wondering if you've done any kind of "story" about your journey. The pics are, of course, worth a thousand words. But I wonder if you have any tips for those of us looking at a similarly large weight loss goal - and a 10-12 month journey. What were your strategies or staying consistent? How have you handled social food situations (work or special occasions)? Did you get tired, discouraged - and how did you get through those times?

If it's not too personal - how has your body handled the weight loss in terms of extra skin? I've worried about that - but it certainly doesn't stop me... If it's too personal, I totally understand.

When you say it takes some getting used to, what are the biggest things you have encountered that need adjustment (besides your wardrobe, of course)?

Sorry for all the questions, but I want to be where you are in about 10 months! I am hungry to learn.

Thanks for any thoughts you feel like sharing.
