I'm off work today, so very thankful...lol. Spent all morning doing errands and chores...the stuff I normally save for Saturday.
It is 39* and sunny.... hoping the snow will melt away soon!!!
The scale crept down 1-lb but for that I am happy!!
Foods have been good, doing well on my calories too. I've discovered the more stressful work is the harder it is "after" work not to overeat on those evenings. If I can make it thru the next 2 weeks without self imploding it will be a miracle. We have district mgt in for a few days and inventories etc..
My oldest daughter is going back to work at Cedar Point... this will be her third year. She skipped last year but ended up struggling piece mealing part time jobs that dried up come winter anyway. So once classes are over she is off for the summer until college starts again. She is happy. Was hesitant to tell me because she figured I would not be thrilled but to be honest it will give me a financial break. She also has friends that are going back again from different areas that she misses in the "off" season.
My middle daughter is moving to Tampa... she leaves in 11 days. I have my fingers crossed the job she has her plans on works out and she is happier...she hates living rural. Not to mention it will give me an excuse to have to go to Florida next winter for a long weekend visit.

She has several friends who have moved already and plans to stay with some of them until she is settled.
So April is shaping up to be a very very hectic month already.
Once the ice is gone I am going to try to force myself to start walking to and from work. In theory I like the idea, but in reality the thought doesn't sit well. I know in the mornings I will feel rushed and worried I am not keeping up enough of a pace to make it in time, in the evenings I will be tired. It will extend my "workday" too...
It's 3-miles each way and will do me a world of good, that much I know without a doubt. I need it to warm up a bit the cold makes me hive and doesn't help my asthma. I keep telling myself walking 6 miles a day five days a week will really bump up my weight loss. I just have to find the gumption to do it....isn't that sad...lol.
Hope everyone is having a GREAT day !!
