Trying to stick to Phase 1...

B - coffee x 2 with lowfat milk; pinto beans with an egg and 1 glass low sodium vegetable juice
L - Spaghetti squash deep dish pizza with marinara sauce, mushrooms, olives, carmelized onions, lowfat cheese... green salad with olive oil dressing
S - broccoli florets and orange pepper slices with hummus
S2 - nuts
D - spinach salad with Old Bay-steamed shrimp
dessert - chia pudding made with almond milk

L: veggie cassoulet with tons of veggies (squash, spinach, tomatoes, artichokes)
S: smoothie with kefir, cocoa powder, peanut flour & 1/2 banana
D: black bean burger, roasted squash, turnip greens
Wine

exercise: outside walk, hula hooping, hip exercises
