There is not weight loss group, but there is a gym and i just started going for the first time today. I have a 6 month old baby girl so it means my hunny has to watch her for me to go..so its in the evenings..but i managed to do 30 minutes on the treadmill at a walk/run pace..burnt about 200 cals..plus i did 30 minutes using the biggest loser game for wii fit..and burnt 200 cals on that... oh man im sore..

Are town is pretty tiny and there isnt a lot of support for people out here..i couldnt even have my baby here cause they dont allow people to deliver up here cause they arent set up to do operations or emergancy deliveries..So..its awesome i have a gym..im going to aim to go every day for 30 minutes at least.
