    B: smoothie (unsweetened choc almond milk, protein powder, amazing green powder, 1/2 banana, 2 frozen strawberries, spinach)
    L: leftover lentil soup, chicken sausage
    S: pear, laughing cow lt swiss cheese
    D: spaghetti made with ground turkey and whole wheat pasta
    S: nf greek yogurt, blueberries
  • Phase II

    B: Scrambled eggs with salsa, V8
    S: 2 RF cheese sticks, carrots. (Went to a college BB game and avoided pizza, pretzels & popcorn)
    L: Lovely salad with chickpeas and turkey at a deli with my DH
    S: Veggies & hummus
    D: Leftover pork tenderloin with roasted veggies
    S: Almond butter
