Default Walking at home? YES!

I found this Walk At Home video at walmart for only $10! It is 'Leslie Sanson's Walk At Home' You can do up to 3 miles of walking right in your living room! It is fun and if you don't have a treadmill, this is PERFECT!

Anyone else doing this? Any success yet? I'm just getting started!

Hey there! I've recently found one of Leslie's in home walking DVD's myself. I really like how simple, but effective the video is! I've been doing a two mile walk for a week and can already feel a difference (however small) in my fitness level! I'm trying to decide if I want to get another one of her DVD's or try something new.

How's your walking coming along?

I started my weight loss journey with Leslie Sansone and loss my first 30 lbs with her, there are many threads dedicated to Walk Away the Lbs....just do a search for WATP, there is thread right below this one.

Leslie Sansone turned me from a cardio hater into a jogger! I don't "run," really, but I started jogging during some segments of her videos, and I use her stuff almost exclusively for my aerobic exercise. By increasing my cardiovascular endurance using Leslie's DVDs, I've lost 25 lbs. in six months.

Lots of us do Leslie's walking dvds. Like Purdue said - some great thread discussions about it.

I, for one, could not have started exercising again without Leslie! Everything felt too hard or complicated. Her dvds are perfect to get started and she also has some that add more moves and longer distances for when you get more fit. Good stuff.
