opss I did it again.....how to loss weight once and for life time
Your results are amazing and you are an inspirational source for us all! You look beautiful and healthy it is an awesome transformation I’m sure you feel like a new person and that you enjoy life much more –I know because it happen to me.
I seceded in dieting and lost 20 kg it was amazing but only then I understood-diet don’t work!
What do I mean?
I was still hungry all the time, still craving and looking for chocolate and other sweets all the time. Watching on skinny people helped me a lot.
Realize only fat people are dieting; if think about it you don’t see slime people on a diet.
You do see them eat when they are hungry and only then.
You see them refusing that amazing desert because they are full, you do see them talking to their friends in the restaurant, eating slowly and less focused on the food and how amazing and good it is!
skinny people don’t diet because diet don’t work!
They realize what we all should, food is fuel, nothing less nothing more. you won’t dream to fill your car tank more than the maximum it can contain the same goes for our body.
Our body needs nutrition to move and function-very little is enough, the rest is just other people making money on our fat backs, selling us way too much good and tasty food (lots of sugar, oil, salt) taking advantage of our innate inclination to love them and look for them .
What do you think? Can you understand what I’m talking about? It’s a bit different from what we all know for years.

I came to realize there are 3 things to take under consideration in order to loss the weight for good and become skinny inside and out for good!!!
1. Eat less than normally: you need to ingest less than your body burns.
2. Help your body digest faster
3.lern to love yourself today when you are fat, love with no conditions
