I'm in week 3 and this is the first time I've done Medifast. I've tried almost every other diet there is and so far I'm losing weight at a rate I've never seen before. Here is my breakdown:

Week 1 -8.5 lbs
Week 2 -1.5 lbs

According to my home scale I'm down 2 lbs this week already. My official weigh-in's are on Saturdays at the Medifast center. I know every week isn't going to be a big loss but I'm really enjoying being 12 lbs down after only 2 1/2 weeks!!!

Hi all, I stayed the same this week...which is ok, I guess, since I had a couple bad days due to son's birthday party...no excuse though! But at least I didn't gain. Whew!

I look at not gaining as a major victory. It just means you'll have a bigger loss next weigh in. How have you been doing this week?

Thanks for asking...as you can see by my signature, I lost 6 pounds this week!!! So you were right about a good weight loss. I didn't realize when I changed my ticker it changes on all past posts as well. But it is fun to see the visual. Hope all is well with you.

Here's an update for me:

Week 1 (day 4): -6.5 (no friends, no boss, stuck to meal plan)
Week 2 (day 11): -0.5 (started walking videos, ate off meal plan and drank alcohol night before)
Week 3 (day 18): -1.5 (was on travel to amusement park - limited water intake and lots of walking - some food cheating)
Week 4 (day 25): +1 (TOM - water retention)
Week 5 (day 32): -6 (Stuck to meal & workout plans, started resistance training)

Total month lost: -13lbs
