Here's an update for me:
Week 1 (day 4): -6.5 (no friends, no boss, stuck to meal plan)
Week 2 (day 11): -0.5 (started walking videos, ate off meal plan and drank alcohol night before)
Week 3 (day 18): -1.5 (was on travel to amusement park - limited water intake and lots of walking - some food cheating)
Week 4 (day 25): +1 (TOM - water retention)
Week 5 (day 32): -6 (Stuck to meal & workout plans, started resistance training)
Total month lost: -13lbs
