Hi there, I have just joined this site a few minutes ago and came across your post. I can totally relate to your over eating, but looking at the later posts you have had a few good days, well done, really well done, as a binge eater myself I know that will not have been easy.

My bingeing tends to be on an evening when the kids are in bed and hubby is at work. I can go all day being good, but I get to the evening and I just graze the cupboards for anything I can find. And well, if there's chocolate in the house it doesnt stand a chance!!

I hope I can find some of your strenght to work towards being binge free!! Keep up the good work. xx

hi tamara, well done for not binging, your weight loss in such a short amount of time is amazing, i hope i can do as good! i am (was?) a secret binger too, in fact i dont eat anything in front of anyone coz i feel quite disgusting. but this is day one and i will be strong and hopefully see results like yours.

Hi tashalizzie and MissSMcC and thank you for your comments. It has certainly not been easy over the last four weeks but visiting this site every day, especially when I have the urge to binge, has definately helped by reminding me what I want to acheive. When I have binged in the past I have always felt out of control but the simple task of sitting down and visiting this site helps to distract me and curbs the urge to raid the fridge. I hope that you both get the same strength and support from being here and good luck
