Ok I think my post was confusing. I was reading it just now and I didn't communicate well lol.

I take the film off and dump the contents onto a small plate, and toss the plastic tray. So it looks like real food since it's on a real plate

Agree with Kashi Mayan bake. Just trying it today. I looked up heathiest frozen meals and Kashi came out across the board number 1 or 2 on website after website. And the Kashi Mayan bake is delicious. It even has a little heat which was unexpected but quite nice. Filling also.

I'm probably going to be mocked for this, but. . .Banquet's turkey dinner.

It's 250 calories. It's enough salt to kill a small country. But it tastes like childhood and deliciousness, and. . .I mean, it's 250 calories. It's so easy to fit in. Whether it's food is debatable, but it fills an emotional niche. It's made of win.
