PurpleDragonFly Junior Member Thread Starter Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: B.C. Canada Posts: 7 S/C/G: 173/156/140 Height: 5'7	Soups I did a search but couldnt find anything. So my question is, can I use canned soups? Cream of tomato or cream of chicken? If I do, what is it? a starch? Fat?
