Also - I just thought of this - i love this young woman's healthy living/eating blog and remembered she'd posted a recipe awhile ago that I wanted to try - for chickpeas - as a snack/treat - cinnamon peanut butter chickpeas. She posts about three of her meals each day (she's a highly (!!) active person and has some great ideas for adding in protein, etc.) Fun and very positive, overall.
