I wish I would of taken better before pictures and even though they are embarrassing considering how my shirt was lifted too much, I didn't take any others before the weight loss and I wanted to share them with you guys to show you the difference. The access skin rolls under my arms have shrank.
My love handles are shrinking. My neck is getting smaller and my collar bone is become more and more defined. It's exciting seeing the difference in my body as time progresses.
Also I have dropped from a size 18 in pants to a 14 and dropped from XL to Medium in shirts.
240 to 190 and still going strong!
WOW, you seemed to have melted. Isint if funny how our bodies lose weight. Not one person loses the same way. I read somewhere the last place to put on the fat is the first place it goes, anyone think thats true. I kind of hope not, that means my tummy is going to be with me for the summer lol
i gained back 60lbs. basically i went on a love binge. i was happily in love with a great guy who loves me no matter what. i guess you can say i lost the motivation. there was no one i needed to impress but lately i have been feeling so self conscious because i'm 230lbs and my boyfriend is 160lbs. he's very fit and i am not. lately he's been telling me that he doesn't want to see me go overboard and i know that i am. i was doing so good until i met him and i felt amazing. smaller clothes. flatter tummy. my breast stuck out more than my stomach did. i feel like a huge disappoint but i am not going to give up. i am back for a second chance at redemption and i'll be sure to keep everyone updated with my progress.
Oh my God! I've finally found someone who gains weight exactly like me...I look like the before pic of you. This gives me hope and motivation to start the weight loss process again. Hopefully I'll be able to post some pictures one day. Thank you so much for the inspiration.
