It's just after six and I'm already running behind! This is really silly!
I just started to list what I have to do and decided to just get on with it. I hope your day is starting with coffee and a nice chat. See you later.
Good morning Ruth. I hope there's plenty of coffee in your kitchen. My days have been starting the same way but I was looking forward to retirement being calmer Good luck with the list.
Today I'm all about getting to the weekend. The sun is coming up and it looks like a perfect early fall day. DW is dropping her car at the mechanic so it's an early out. Hope your Friday is a breeze
Ruth, I have a big pot of coffee here that I'd love to share with you to help you get through your busy schedule.
I hope your day flies by so you can start enjoying your weekend, Cyndi!
I indulged in a little sleep-in this morning since I have the day off. There's nothing pressing on my schedule today, and I'm looking forward to setting up the rug hook loom that I bought in Cape Breton, and starting one of the projects I bought. I had an hour long practice lesson in the shop in Cheticamp, and I hope I remember how to do it!
I hope, your day improves, Ruth! It's hard to be scurrying so early!
Cyndi, I hope you have a bump free day!
Linda, your new loom sounds great!
I'm going to get some work done at home this morning and then head to Costco with my friend. That's about it here...looking forward to some quiet for a week before Mom comes back.
I am very thankful it is Friday because it gets me past dinner at my mom's last night! I am starting Phase 1 (AGAIN) today. I have just over a week until my next meal eating away from home. And two weeks until a trip filled with food out of my control. I really have been slipping and eating very not-SBD friendly food and I feel like the crap I have been ingesting. Enough. Sigh.
I haven't been here in a long time. I had to take a break from 3fc and other internet stuff. I needed to focus in on me and my family. I also took a small break from dieting. I was making myself crazy and everyone around me too!! I didn't go crazy but I didn't do good either. I am back now and on day 3 of phase 1.
I have found that I am one that needs a bit more structure wiht my dieting. Southbeach philosophy works but I have to do something like calorie counting along side it. Portion control is my biggest issue.
I look foward to reconnecting with the ones I know and I look foward to meeting some new friends.
Hello, ladies. We don't have to be in court until 10:45, so I am enjoying a leisurely morning. Almost time for a second cup, I think! I was bummed out about jury duty, but so far it's actually very interesting. We'll be spending the weekend amusement parking, looking forward to that. The weather is gorgeous. Hope yours is too!
WT, take your time but know that losing and gaining takes a toll. I am on day 6 and I am hanging in there. This time it's for keeps. Breakfast was beans and it was a-ok!

Just like Ruth I was up at 6am and it is my day off! I have so much to do around the house and to get ready for our upcoming vacation.
I hope you all have a wonderful day, I am going to start tackling the mountain of responsibilities I have to deal with!
Good Morning Ladies! I am having a relaxing morning(well, as so as it can be...) I am comtemplating how to tackle this last wall in my kitchen... I am pretty sure that I will be fine with it, it just has lots of plugs, outlets, and a window on it so its a bit trickier than the rest... and my coffee pots out of the kitchen so no coffee for me this morning, I may just have to move it and start some. A drizzly morning here and thats fine by me! Going to a festival tomorrow in my hometown if weather permits, so I would rather it rain today!

Hello everyone I am still lurking around just haven't had time to post as work is just crazy and I can hardly bring myself to be around a computer on the weekends because of it.
