I want to be on plan today through Christmas. Eating 5 fruits and veggies a day, cooking my own "whole food focused" meals with only one meal out a week and exercising 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. Make it my norm to take the stairs rather then the elevator and walk to the train rather then driving every where. I will be stronger and heather then I am today.
I'm currently in snug 22s, and I'd be really excited if I can wear a decade old pair of 16s when the holidays roll around. 18s wouldn't disappoint me, but darn it, I want into those 16s.
I hope you don't mind me posting here....but I love this thread and just can't resist!
I hope to be 160 lbs. by Xmas! My husband's birthday is at the end of January and by then, I really hope to reach my goal of 150! But 160 would be absolutely wonderful!!!!
Having goals is a GOOD thing! Why would anyone mind?
I seemed to have gone back two years to dig this thread up. It was not intentional and still don't know how it happened! But how ever it happened it looks it was a GOOD thing and something we can all relate too!
I noticed that this thread was 2 years old, but I think it's a good longer term goal to work towards!
I would love to be at goal by then, but I think that may be too agressive... so, I would like to have lost 30 more lbs by then... that would put me into the 170s...into Onderland and that much closer to goal!
