No loss but no gain isn't bad. Next week!!!!!

No scales around here for me today. I'm going to try really hard for at least a 1 lb. Loss. Next time.

Hello Ladies
Well I was back to work this week and although it was only for two days it was VERY STRESSFUL..... HOWEVER I AM VERY proud to say that I am DOWN 2.5 this week and have FINALLY HIT THE 180`s OH YEAH!! I am 189.5 today
IT FEELS AMAZING. I also achieved my mini goal of running everyday this week...even on my work days.

I AM VERY EXCITED!! AND VERY PROUD OF MYSELF.

Good Job everyone! You are all doing soooooo well!

We are going to WW tomorrow morning because we weren't able to go Weds. Soooooo, I'll post in the morning. And then again, 3 days later!

Praying for a smidgen' of a loss! I dunno after that w/e I had!

Hello fellow WW's!

As this is my first post, I am currently 193.6. That's a 1.4 lb drop from last week! Can't wait to hit those 180s!

Woohooo & Good Job Woolygirl & djsullivan!

Tina - no change is better than a gain!

Me......ummmm.....I GAINED (ewwwww) 1#! Some factors I feel contributed to that are.......my foot has been hurting and I haven't been walking AT ALL, the stress of losing my job, TOM came the same day I WI, and I made some poor choices this week! Soooooooo, I screamed at myself and today is a new day! ha!

Well off to get ready for work! AND I WILL LOSE BY NEXT WI!!!!!
