Default Greetings from Deanna aka Hydra
Hello everyone! I have been MIA for some time. Life decided to throw me several curve balls this year but I am happy to say that things have settled down for my family and me. I hope to be able to devote some time to 3FC once again.

I went off plan for most of this summer for a number of reasons/excuses. I am back now and keeping a food journal as that really helps me and keeps me accountable. A friend of mine gave me his exercise bike and I have been using it this month. I figure between the food journal, the bike and coming here for support I will be able to lose the 17 lbs I gained since February and continue on to meeting and maintaining my goal.

I plan to stick to 1,500 calories per day and exercise for 30 minutes 5 days a week. I had gotten down to a comfy size 18 and will be there again, an 18 is tight right now. I got rid of all my clothes size 22 and up because I won't be needing them anymore!!!!

Good to be back and I am glad this site is here for us to encourage and help each other get and stay healthier.

Congrats for getting back on track. Life is cruel with all it's "curve balls", but just stand in there and swing away! You will knock it outta the park!

Thanks Ladies for the nice welcome back. I have a list of things to do for myself and that includes coming to 3FC for support and info to help me. haha, MaddieD, yep, at one point earlier this year I had 4 dancing broccoli and I will get there again.

When I embarked on this weigh loss journey last year it was a personal commitment to myself to change my habits of eating and fitness, altering my routine a tiny bit at a time. And I have done that, so my weight goal may not be achieved yet but my goal to change my way of treating my body has been achieved. I owe a great part of my motivation to the people here at 3FC!!!
