Hello everyone! I have been MIA for some time. Life decided to throw me several curve balls this year but I am happy to say that things have settled down for my family and me. I hope to be able to devote some time to 3FC once again.
I went off plan for most of this summer for a number of reasons/excuses. I am back now and keeping a food journal as that really helps me and keeps me accountable. A friend of mine gave me his exercise bike and I have been using it this month. I figure between the food journal, the bike and coming here for support I will be able to lose the 17 lbs I gained since February and continue on to meeting and maintaining my goal.
I plan to stick to 1,500 calories per day and exercise for 30 minutes 5 days a week. I had gotten down to a comfy size 18 and will be there again, an 18 is tight right now. I got rid of all my clothes size 22 and up because I won't be needing them anymore!!!!
Good to be back and I am glad this site is here for us to encourage and help each other get and stay healthier.
