just throwing my 0.02 in here. i am halfway through phase 1 and so far have lost about 7 pounds. that seems like a LOT-- but this is coming from someone who ate nothing but high carb foods for years. (literally would have toast for breakfast, pasta for lunch, pasta for dinner. sickening, right? almost no veggies and certainly not a lot of lean protein... )

None thus far, but I'm only on Day 4. But you know what, my stomach feels flatter which is an absolute miracle because my Celiac Disease has made my gut look anywhere between "5-months-along to coming-to-term pregnant." I don't have the swollen feeling anymore! That is a great gift! Plus the stomach pains have all but dissipated.

I'm on phase one, day six and have lost nine pounds. I think week two is going to do battle with PMS symptoms, so I'm hoping the weight that comes off when the natural bloating occurs will be impressive!

I'm on day 4 today and lost 3 lbs. so far. I'm worried because didn't do any running/ walking on the treadmill yesterday because I've come down with a bad sinus/cold thing. Maybe today I'll just try and a little something even if it's not as rigorous.
