Sounds good to me!! I'd love to be in the low 180's by Christmas....so I'll make my goal 180, so 31 lbs to lose starting today. I'm doing a new goal as of October 2nd, so my new goal is 170! I'm going to up it again as of November 6th...my new goal is 165 pounds by Christmas. This challenge has been awesome for me!
