I survived days 1 and 2 of the first phase. Have a dull headache, but not so much that I can't function. Surprisingly, I am not hungry. Hardest part is getting in enough water. (I'm an Operating Room Nurse so drinking water and then having to visit the bathroom is not an easy task) Looking forward to the next phase - I'll be doing Red+.

Good job Michelle!!! Take it day by day. meal by meal and you'll do great!! I second what Barbara said. Water is VERY important! Try to guzzle it down whenever possible it really does help.
