Food: Count calories, Keep a food diary, Stay under 1700 calories each day, following SB diet principles. (2)

Water: Drink at least 64 oz of water everyday. (1)

Exercise: At least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days per week. (1)

3- 4 I feel great - Turbo Jam Workout was amazing!

Last month got pretty bad with vacation and everything. I quit even counting for about half of it. I was lucky to come out even. So, here's to a better month!

I'm loving this challenge so far. I like looking back and seeing what goals I met each day. Cheesy I guess, but seeing the points add up keeps me motivated
