going...
Keep at it, just keep on going, work your plan, tweaking it as you go along, making it yours, making it comfortable. Get the good healthy habits down pat.
Keep on going, no stopping, just continuing and there is no way that you can't reach your goal. It's up to you. You get to decide. You've got the power. You are totally capable of this.
