I'm back on the wagon as well. I am fished with phase 1, thank god!!! I only lost about 5 pounds on that, but that's more than I lost on Weight Watchers after 8 weeks last summer!!!!

My scale goes up and down as well so I try not to weigh every day. Maybe twice a week. Keep up the good work.

I recently stalled on my weight loss and am going back to phase 1 to get in gear again as well. I noticed that as soon as I got lazy and stopped entering what I ate in the food journal, I stalled and gained. Can't be lazy! The food\exercise journal really helps.

Phase 1 finished and onto week 2 of phase 2. Weight loss is stalled almost completely and it's very discouraging. I'm going to finish another week or even 2 of phase 2 then try phase 1 again to see if I can kick start myself again. I agree with the journal! I am much more disciplined and acurate when I'm writing it down.

Meanwhile, hubby is doing awesome, 18 pounds lost and he looks fantastic!

Many SBers stall when they start PH2. IMO, it is our bodies catching up to the numbers it appears we lost in PH1. That said, it is also possible that you are very sensitive to what you added back and maybe you need to add more slowly or different food or play with the time of day you eat them. For me, for example, crackers and breads will often stall me. Fruits don't.

How many carbs and fruits are you eating? I kept losing in those first two weeks of phase 2 because even though the program said you can eat up to 3 of each, i was eating one carb and 3 fruits. At that point I wasn't exercising at all so that was still enough food with all the protein I was eating. I don't think I upped the carbs to almost the end of the 2 week of phase 2. I was in phase 2 for about 16 weeks before i stalled completely...then I had all kinds of family things happen and i ate somewhat poorly while basically sticking to the plan...so stall and gain...but only 3lbs. That's why I'm getting back to phase 1. Basics. Get rid of the eating junk again.
