Default 104 calories??

In 1 cup of red seedless grapes?? Really?? I hear they are really good for belly fat but that seems a little outrageous for a fruit.

A cup of grapes is a great snack and more filling, nutritious and all around GOOD than a 100 calorie snack pack.

Here's some nutritional info on your grapes. Seems like they are mostly carbs.

Grapes are also suppose to be a natural laxative.

I think they are also one of the lower fruits on the glycemic index.

I wash, measure and package 100 calorie baggies of grapes and keep them in the fridge for me and my sons. Easy way to keep track of how much is eaten and also handy to grab.

Avezy44-It may seem like a lot of calories, but when I eat one cup of grapes, they are very filling.
