I can so relate to the getting sick of Phase1, but you can do this! P1 isn't for very long really, and then you'll be off and running. When I was on p1 I expected to crave sugar and frenchfries, but instead it was bread. I like whole grain bread better anyhow, so it all works out good. You'll be happy you went through the detox, you'll see

Hey, everyone! Just trying to pop into the daily chat once again. I'm back at work today, which has been rough because the last time I was here Crystal was alive and improving. I have piles and piles of things to do on my desk, so being busy will help a lot.

I haven't weighed myself yet, but I will tomorrow am. I'm heading back to the beach on Monday along with The Beck Diet Solution. I'm hoping this will be my final push. I'm sure my ticker is lying, but I'll fix it when I know for sure.

I hope everyone's well!

Hi guys,
Sounds like Wednesday is going pretty well for everybody. I made it through the grocery store today without feeling deprived. It's only day 2 of detox though. I am keeping the fridge stocked with yummy foods. It DOES help that I am off for the summer. Cuz I agree with whoever said the cooking part of the diet wears a person out (and cleaning up). But I have learned how important it is to have a stock of good food so I won't stray. During the school year, DH and I were grabbing cheese sticks and sliced turkey for lunch every day....sheesh. I'm roasting chicken breasts in the oven for a big chicken salad for dinner. Eli, my son, snatched a grape tomato off my plate and is carrying it around the house like a tiny ball. THAT'S going to be gross later on...

Dizzy, I teach too and would be glad to share my school breakfast/lunch ideas...
For breakfast (I eat it at school after the gym in the morning)..I have a turkey/spinach/sprout sandwich..that really gets me through the morning. Then a piece of fruit for recess. We don't eat lunch till almost one. For lunch, I take whatever we had for dinner the night before and pile it on top of spinach for a great big salad..it's different each day and quick to fix the night before. What grade do you teach? I teach second grade Language arts.

WTG!! If I were making those cookies, I'd at least have a bite lol. Which is why I'm back up to 199 again. You're awesome.
