How long did it take for you guys to notice a change in your chin? Double chin, that is. Mine seems less pronounced, but that's the only change I've noticed thus far. It's only been maybe 2 weeks, though, so I wasn't expecting to see anything dramatic. Maybe I'm just looking for things? I noticed that one year when I lost a lot of weight, I noticed it first in my face, though.
I was down around 30 pounds when I noticed that I have actual cheekbones, hollows underneath them, and my double chin receded and turned into a turkey waddle. Lots of people lose from the top down. Look out for your collarbones soon!
It depends on how much weight you have to loose. I agree with "Goodforme" that I also lost from the top down and noticed it after about 4-6 weeks. It was great!
I would also recommend taking measurements of yourself: waist, arms, legs, sometimes I see more results there than on the scale or the size of my chin. Just a little more incentive for yourself.
I saw cheek bones for the first time last night. That is after about 35 pounds. Now I want this double chin gone too. And my face is the last place where I lose weight.
I lost the "fat swell" to my face back after losing around 35lbs. I didn't carry a whole lot at all in my chin but it was starting to get that "fall" to it underneath like it was coming...my face for some reason really didn't catch up with how big my body got.
Weird because actually I noticed it this morning, in pictures that is. I had gone into one of those photo booths with one of my friends last December and had gotten some photos taken and then again a few days ago and it kins of surprised me how less-round my face looks compared to December. And I'm pushing 50 pounds down so somewhere in there.
