Default MONDAY

OMG! Not only is it HOT out there (highs to 85 today and it's almost there!) but I haven't exercised since Jan31st and boy, was it hard! BUT, despite a nasty bruise on my shin AND TOM arriving 2 days late and that heat and humidty, I went out and did my 4.5 miles in 52:36 Feels good:

What a way to start the new week!!!!

Default MONDAY

Went to my first yoga class, after talking and introductions (all new class) I'd say about 20-30 minutes of real exercise was done. Hey, it's not much, but it adds up!

Last night (TUESDAY) after work, I did 26 minutes on the TM. Felt really good. Was walking so fast that I couldn't help but put in a few 100-step jogs.

Also got out my Strong Women Stay Slim book and did four of the exercises in there. Starting slowly and will build on that.

Default WEDNESDAY

Really proud of myself Got myself up and out of the house a little past 5:30am this morning and got in my 4.5 miles in 54min flat. Couldn't go out later that morning, so it was now or never!

Wednesday

I wanted to read my book, and I promised myself I could not read unless I was on the treadmill...so ....

20 minutes on the treadmill, reading (and I may get back on to read another chapter or two! )

WEDNESDAY night after work, I did 33 minutes on the treadmill. I wasn't feeling all that well, kind of bloaty and swollen around the southern section. But I know the walking helped. So glad that I didn't bag it and just sit on my but.

Didn't have time for the 45 I hoped to get in...so I did 30 at a faster speed. I got several chapters read too!
