hi all --- I have a monster sweet tooth, but today I ate on plan ALL DAY (a little under, by 6pm) and actually *measured* the mint choc chip ice cream which was calling to me, ate an actual *serving*, which fit into my day's plan. And then brushed my teeth! : ) And then told you guys, so that I'm really obligated not to change my mind! ! !

Sometimes it's the little things, you know?
