I pretty much snack on:
cheese
almonds
green olives
fresh fruit (apples, bananas, or whatever I have in stock)
when I get the munchies I'll grab 3-5 almonds or 2-3 green olives or a serving of cheddar cheese or a fruit. The cheese I try to not have as much due to the calories but I count everything I eat so I don't go over.
-plain organic greek yogurt with real maple syrup
-organic cheese
-raw cashews, raw almonds and raw sesame seeds. I'd do raw walnuts too but they are like $6 for 12oz.
- apples with peanut butter
- boiled eggs
