Hi Everyone!

Making this one quick. Very busy week this week but fortunately still loosing. I actually decided to use the cleansing tea....pretty amazing. I needed it, TMI sorry . I lost three pounds and was far more impressed with it than the Take Off. Which I dont like. I must admit I was nervous about the tea but it was not too bad and I feel really good.

Juliemarie-What is EODD? Hadnt heard that term or it could be my mind is mush right now. Either way do share.

Happy Belated B-Day Jillian! Way to go with the LAWL Brownies..You're soooo good.

BTW, I was wondering about the LAWL recipes? I am considering making the investment but looking for some feedback.

Ok, sounds like everyone is doing well, which is awesome. Hopefully, I'll be back on deck next week.

Have a great weekend!

Dee-EODD is the Every Other Day Diet which obviously isn't LAWL-but I know the folks in here and staying "on plan" is easier with these guys kicking my butt. I did great on LA-gained it all back after the adoption of my daughter and just wasn't motivated by anything until I stumbled across this and hey, whatever works you know? It's basically a calorie fluctuating plan to keep your body on it's toes-alternating very low carb, high lean protein, lots of veggie days (kinda similar to TO-but a little more food) with days that you have a mid-day meal of "whatever". It's great for cravings-I usually can talk myself into waiting for something until my "feed" day.
