Smile Biggest Loser? Jillian Michaels? Denise Austin?

I bought those DVDs through Amazon with some leftover Christmas money (I'd like to think of it as an investment), along with a pair of 5 pound hand-weights and a jump rope.

I eat fairly healthy (no soda, only have ice cream about.. once every two weeks, but small portions, and I usually skip out on things that I know aren't going to get me anywhere like pancakes).

My work-out plan for the next 5 months (I'm currently on a break from school until I enroll back in this fall, and I baby-sit my little sister during the day) is:

30 - 90 minutes on the treadmill. I do one of the built-in workouts provided, and I don't really get tired. I think my body is used to the running, walking, etc.

At least 30 minutes jump-roping.

And one of the DVD work-outs. I'm thinking of starting with the Denise Austin one before I jump into the Jillian Michaels workout just because she's so tough.

I know this seems like a lot, but I plan on taking hour-long breaks in-between.

Would I be able to lose 30 - 35 pounds by August?

I'll be doing this about 5 times a week.

Thank you in advance. I'm really looking forward to all of your answers. (:

I promise I'm not over-working myself.

Well I'll say that it is more about what you eat than exercise when it comes to weight loss. If you don't get tired on the treadmill, have you tried doing HIIT? (High intensity interval training)

I really enjoy Biggest Loser Boot Camp with Bob Harper. Have a couple of Jillian Michaels - Shred is great when you don't have much time. Denise Austin has lots of energy but she can be a bit annoying ;-)

Have you tried using a heart monitor when you are on the tread mill? It will help determine if you are working hard enough.
