I don't get to post alot. I don't have a computer at home. Last week, we had snow and ice, so I was at home all weekend.
I weighed in last Thursday and lost 2#!
Congratulations all you losers!
Jeanne- 2#'s,
Nikki- 3#'s I agree with what the other's said. Losing at a steady rate of a smaller amount is healthier and I think instills in us new eating habits that will last. Don't give up because you're not losing like on TV.
Tammy- 1#,
I've upped my walking to 35minutes 4 times a week. I want to get to 45 minutes 4 times a week as my goal. When it gets warm, I'll starting going outside and walking. That always helps me.
Donna, I saw that you were having all that snow and ice. Glad to hear from you. Great for the 2 pounds!!! doesn't it feel good? Hopefully spring won't be too far off for us, and we can get out and enjoy the walking in the sunshine and warmer weather.
Oh, I forgot to tell you all that I cheated. I got on the scales this morning, and I'm down a pound since Friday. I changed my tracker. I know it isn't thursday, and I know I'm not supposed to weigh everyday, but I just HAD to!
Tammy: Yes, I'm looking forward to some warmer weather. I enjoy walking outside. I go to a fitness center now and do my walking. Congratulations on the 1# I know how hard it is to weigh more often. I'm trying to break myself of it, cause I just get obsessed with it and want to weigh everyday. I weigh the morning that I go to WW meeting at home and then weigh at 4:00p at the WW meeting.
