OMG!! I did the 30 day shred and I can't hardly handle the pain. My thighs are hurting, my belly (I have abs under the jiggly but for now it's a belly) is sore and I'm excited. Level 1 for me was brutal. I love it though because in 30 days I will see a new me emerging.
Oh yay! I was hoping someone else was doing it. I just started, I did my 3rd workout this am, level 1. Having problems with the jumping jacks so I modified them a bit. I definitely feel it but not so bad I can't walk (BTDT, LOL!)
ok ladies what is the 30 day shred??? i am looking for some new fun things to try!!! actually im just looking for ANYTHING that will work!! lol im looking to loose over 100 lbs.....I NEED HELP!!! lol let me know where i can get this. P.S I love Jillian!!!!
Last night was my first night. I have to wait til my little girl goes to sleep because she grabs my legs when I do the jumping jacks. I do okay but those lunges hurt me.
Unless they have updated them we only have 30DS two and that like to have killed me. I couldn't walk straight let alone the stairs and picking up my 20 month old was absolutely crazy. I almost fell over.
After three days of 30DS I am doing really well. I can squat down and pick her up and I can keep up but I'm breathing heavy and fall out as soon as it's over. I'm LOVING IT!!
I just did day 5, (level 1) today and I can def see improvement. I can do more of the pushups, modified and more jumping jacks...my dd's, 13 and 7, started trying to do it with me and the abs killed them LOL!!!! She is right, it's a short workout but if you give it everything you'll get results. I've also lost 4lbs this week.
I am also a 30 DS happy owner. I did it initially last spring, and now I use it when I need a 'quick' workout instead of a lengthy one. It is a great over-all body strengthener!
And I also have The Biggest Loser Cardio workout, and Jillian is in workout #2, 10 minutes of her killer standing cardio moves.
