Carb cravers was something they added back when there were colored plans. I never 'trusted' it, LOL - it was easier for me to NOT have that in my diet - so, sorry, I don't have any of the info anymore.

I was curious too about what a Carb Craver was?? I still have all my info. for the old plan. I had never heard of CC until today.

can anyone shed some light for me? I am very curious now!

Okay...from what I remember a "Carb Craver" was a substitue for a protein...for example the one I remember doing most was
1 protein=4slices of deli turkey(or 2 oz), two slices of diet bread, 1 tbs of light mayo, and lettuce/tomato

When i would have a carb craver, I would definitely be hungry at dinner time! but having a chicken salad with my full protein being used...not hungry.

It gives me a variety....I'm a picky eater. But really looking for one more CC that would help me break up the boring lunch ideas!
