Nice, Judy! Losing .2 over the past week could not have been easy. Love your mojo right now. Nothing is going to stop you! I LOVED your 2009 list. You did some fantastic things last year!

I'm very, very impressed.
Lin, I'm sorry to hear that about your mom and glad she seems to be recovering. Double pneumonia is no small thing. Your fabulous dinner sounds like it was a major success! I wish we were neighbors.
Cherry, journalling is such a helpful tool. Have you tried not trying to restrict your eating but just writing it all down? I have found that to be a big help in the past in getting me gradually back on track.
I'm doing well with the eating, am back on track, and am officially sore from my last Curves workout. Got my heart rate right up into the target range, finally, which is good. Am down 4 pounds from my highest holiday weight, 5.5 away from VFT. Would LOVE to hit that milestone next month! Pants are fitting again, too. Whew.
Getting off sugar this time was a real chore, and I scared myself a bit. I hadn't eaten like that in a long time. Obviously, it's very easy for me to fall back into old habits. The real monster for me is sugar, definitely. Once I get into it, I crave it terribly. Also, I think low-level stress -- having my family staying in my house -- contributed, too.
It really helped to allow myself to eat unlimited fruit as I was coming off the sugar junk. Kind of like an escape valve. I've gradually cut back on the fruit now and am almost back to where I want to be; I'll probably cut out one more daily piece before I'm done. Depends on what the scale does.
Snow is really coming down out there right now. Very pretty, but the drive home will be tricky. Ah, winter.
Have a great day, everyone.
