today I'm thankful for self massage last night! LOL After a run, I worked out my legs well - and I didn't wake up sore..woohooo - was worth the effort

Today I am thankful for message board which offer support and encouragement from all corners of the world...and are there 24 hours a day, whether you need that or not...love modern technology in that aspect.
