Can I count my weigh-in this morning for my Challenge? Get this - I LOST 1.5 last night. 149.0 - maybe late, but even sweeter in its own way!

Hi all.

ICU:

I am still calling 179 a victory as I have maintained and not gained.
Yesterday's goals were to drink my water and not overeat. Did well on the water and didn't overeat too much. Filled my plate full and left 1/2 of it. WooHoo! Even left the mashed potatoes. That's a new one for me.

Hope you all are well and enjoying the holiday.

I posted a couple of pictures in the Weekly chat that I took this morning. I downsized the side view a little too much ... oops. I know everybody likes pics.

I'm going to start a New Year challenge to get us THROUGH, not TO, Christmas. Hope you'll join me!

midst - WAY TO GO! Maintaining is most definitely a win - and great job leaving some on the plate! I can't do that - I have a lot better luck with controlling it before it gets that far.

Hi All! I lost my 5 pounds by Thanksgiving and am excited to keep going. At the moment I have swine flu - can you believe it! So I have to stay in bed for a few days. I already miss my 3 mins of work out and my "learning to run" program I have been doing. I did get signed up for lap swims so....
ICU - i wanna do your New Years Challenge! I'll go look for it. Hope to see you guys there!!
