Default Def'n of exercise

I didn't exercise persay...

But the fiance and I ripped down a fence and haulled it away, and then I walked around the mall for about 15 minutes. I figure that should count for something!

boy did I ever exercise yesterday...it was pouring down rain at 5:45 in the morning...so I ran (yes ran) to the door from the parking lot. I realized oh crapdog...my badge is in the car and security doesn't let you up without it. So I run back to the car and fetch it. Catch my breath for a sec and then run back inside. Then when I got home, I did 20 minutes on the Elliptical. It actually felt pretty good to run...sure I felt like I was going to fall over and die but I felt accomplished. What a difference 3 months can make.

Default Walk away the pounds?

Did I exercise today? No - but I'm thinking of going out for a walk now...and thinking isn't quite enough to call it going. I'll let you all know if I got out there in the morning.

I have a question about Walking Away the Pounds. I've noticed that a few of you use it and I'm just confused, it's a video tape, right? So do you use the tape on the treadmill? I guess I'm probably being dense here, but I just don't understand the program.

Thanks for the info...maybe I'll go walk, and hopefully I can walk away at least a couple pounds without the tape!

Default Yes every day this week

Today was the dreaded performance pilates class. And yes I am sore. We use muscles I didn't even know we had!!! This class is "billed" as a micro kenitec core strengthening class. Anyway it's different.

Yesterday was my Water Pilates class and Wed we just walked on the outside track. It was so pretty out there, the azelias were in full bloom and the pond was clear and pretty. I feel so lucky to be able to use these great facilities. Tuesday I did the machine circuit, Monday I walked outside and did advanced water aerobics.

Saturday & Sunday I rest.
