Default 10 Days In The Life Boat #182

Welcome to the latest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

My goals are going to be simple as I've been unable to hold "it" together lately.
1. Seriously think about what I'm putting in my mouth, and why?
2. Try to stick somewhere near my WW pts limit.
3. Make better, healthier, choices.

j-Ann do you find it harder going to winter
some interesting suggestions from my ww group. .pack your days foods into a box snacks some fruit and meals with a recipe for dinner or a note on what you are having choice comes from what you at out of the box...could it help?

my goals this period so 2 simple and easy ones...drinking more water and do more resistance type exercise ...not to swap out what I'm doing already sent we have an at home gym machine this should be easy but I have not found motivation etc. .😕

Karen, winter is usually easier for me. We get a LOT of snow here so driving can be tough some days. If I'm not on the road FF places can't drag me in.

I got splashed a little yesterday but I'm still in the boat.

I passed on weighing in last week. This morning at WW I stayed the same. I'm considering it a loss though. I stuck pretty well to the program last week and the week before was awful so I'm sure that I lost a pound or two this week that I'd put on the week before.
